Subscription rates are $12 for students and seniors, $15 for individuals, and $25 for institutions in the U.S. Canadian residents should add $5 to the preceding rates. All other foreign residents should add $10 to the preceding rates. Each subscription includes both the Fall and Spring Issues of the PTR. We greatly appreciate the support our subscribers provide for the journal. We could not publish this journal without them.
